We may process the following data categories, as applicable to your platform use: • Account & Authentication Data: Full name, email address, user IDs, and authentication provider metadata. • Preferences & Region: Selected language, country, time zone, and account settings. • Billing & Subscription Metadata: Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan history, and account status. Full payment card details are never stored by Evrakon; they are handled directly by our payment processor. • Builder Project Content: Specifications, scope choices, and product concepts created by you. • Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and system logs maintained for security and diagnostic purposes. • Support Communications: Inquiries and messages sent to our official support email.

Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe. Evrakon stores only operational subscription metadata (such as plan status, currency, and Stripe transaction IDs). Complete card details are submitted directly to Stripe under their security standards.

We process data for: • Operating and maintaining the Evrakon platform; • Account authentication and security; • Managing Pro subscriptions and Builder credits; • Responding to support inquiries via suporte@evrakon.com; • Preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Depending on your location and context, processing relies on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests in service security and improvement, or your consent where explicitly requested.

We do not sell personal data. We share information strictly with essential service providers operating cloud infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, security monitoring, and AI product intelligence tools under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

Because Evrakon uses global cloud infrastructure, data may be processed or stored on servers located outside your country of residence, subject to reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill service operations, legal obligations, and security requirements. You may request account deletion anytime in your account settings or by emailing suporte@evrakon.com.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. However, no internet-based service can offer absolute security assurances.

Subject to applicable local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact suporte@evrakon.com to exercise these rights. Identity verification may be required.

Evrakon uses automated tools and AI models to organize market data, classify products, and generate product concepts. These tools function strictly as research aids and do not make automated legal or binding decisions about you.

We use technical browser storage (such as localStorage) strictly to maintain your active session, language, and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

Evrakon is intended for individuals legally capable of entering binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
