Welcome to Evrakon. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Evrakon platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Evrakon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Service Overview
Evrakon provides a digital product intelligence platform featuring catalog discovery, market signals, product comparison, and Builder scoping tools. We offer Free features and advanced paid Pro capabilities or credit packages.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify suporte@evrakon.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Eligibility
You represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Free & Pro Subscriptions
Free plans provide limited catalog access. Pro plans unlock expanded intelligence data, complete market benchmarks, and Builder capabilities via recurring subscriptions billed according to your selected billing frequency prior to checkout.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or yearly basis according to the frequency selected by the user until canceled. Prices, applicable currencies, and billing intervals are displayed prior to checkout and processed securely via Stripe.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal anytime in your account settings or by emailing suporte@evrakon.com. Paid Pro access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on purchase circumstances, terms presented at checkout, and mandatory statutory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Contact suporte@evrakon.com for assistance. Mandatory legal consumer rights remain fully preserved.
9. Extra Builder Credit Packs
Additional Builder credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and linked to the purchasing account as shown at checkout.
10. Product Intelligence Disclaimer (Mandatory Notice)
Product scores, metrics, AI suggestions, and Builder outputs are informational decision-support materials. Evrakon DOES NOT guarantee market demand, revenue, profitability, regulatory approval, or commercial success. Users are solely responsible for independent technical, legal, financial, and business evaluations.
11. Third-Party Products & Trademarks
Third-party products and trademarks referenced in the catalog belong to their respective owners. Mention of third-party products is for analytical and educational purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
12. Intellectual Property
Evrakon retains all rights to the platform, brand, software, and original content. You retain ownership of content you submit, granting Evrakon a limited operational license to process and display it for platform delivery.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized security access, perform abusive data scraping, bypass plan limits, or infringe intellectual property.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evrakon shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses resulting from reliance on platform information.
15. Statutory Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights guaranteed by mandatory laws in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived.
